This is a journal for me to share more personal thoughts, goals, and concrete next steps.

My intention is to analyze my emotions, struggles, goals, and ambitions, reframe challenges I am experiencing, and find ways to move forward. I want to re-establish a journaling practice in order to build forward motion and self-coach myself so I can show up in a more supportive way at home and work, and to more intentionally progress towards my goals in both places.
